Definitions

Throughout this agreement, references to “Express Kenton Cars” “we,” or “us” pertain to the service provider, while “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or entity engaging our services.

Booking

2.1 Ensuring sufficient time allocation for your journey is crucial, especially for airport transfers requiring adherence to flight check-in times. Express Kenton Cars shall not be held responsible for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be prepared for pickup at the designated time.2.2 It is your responsibility to select a vehicle size suitable for your group and luggage. We do not guarantee transportation of excessive luggage. Additionally, please note that each child, regardless of age, counts as a single passenger.2.3 Requests for wheelchair access must be communicated at the time of booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Quotations are based on the information provided by you and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified. Any applicable VAT will be charged separately. We reserve the right to adjust quotes in the event of significant itinerary changes.3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period post-landing and airport parking costs. Additional waiting time will be charged at our standard rate. While we aim to accommodate delays, we are not obligated to do so.3.3 Upon acceptance of our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to thoroughly review this confirmation for accuracy. Failure to notify us of any discrepancies may result in delays or additional costs, for which we shall not be held liable.3.4 Payment for our services can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card.

The Service

4.1 You are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the journey. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may incur cleaning charges.4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.4.3 Children must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.4.4 We will not exceed the maximum passenger limit specified by licensing or insurance regulations.

Cancellations

5.1 If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us promptly. Failure to cancel before dispatch may result in charges based on the distance traveled by the driver up to the cancellation point.5.2 For cancellations made before dispatch, charges may apply to the original payment method for bookings made through our online system.

Liability

6.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to circumstances beyond our control. We disclaim liability for any losses incurred by you or your business.6.2 Luggage is transported at your own risk.6.3 In the event of a breakdown, we will endeavor to arrange alternative transportation promptly.6.4 You agree not to hold Express Kenton Cars liable for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from the actions or omissions of any member of your party.6.5 Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits liability for personal injury, death, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or other matters prohibited by applicable laws.

Termination

7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any passenger poses a risk to the vehicle or driver. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

8.1 We may subcontract our obligations under this agreement. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our consent.8.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions, with changes effective upon publication on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking.8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Express Kenton Cars and you.8.5 No third party has rights under this agreement unless expressly stated in writing.

Disputes

Any disputes or claims must be made within 30 days of the booking pickup date. Claims made after this period may not be entertained.
